Alexandra Romanov and Alexei, her son. Alexandra was the grand-daughter of Queen Victoria and wife of Tsar Nicholas II. Alexei was a hemophiliac subject to episodes of dangerous bleeding for which the Tsarina sought the help of the Monk Rasputin.
