Plousk, Poland 1939: A group of Jews arrested by the Germans during an “Aktion” (operation to arrest, deport, send to concentration camp) are guarded by a Gestapo officer in SS uniform. Usually in mufti, Gestapo officers would don SS uniforms during larger scale operations.
