When “Buffalo Bill” launched his first show, he wanted both Sitting Bull and Chief Gall for his main attractions. The military backed Buffalo Bill, for they were suspicious of them. Sitting Bull agreed but Gall said: “I am not an animal to be exhibited before the crowd,” and retired to his tipi. Where are men like Chief Gall, with honor, integrity and dignity. Today it’s deceit, deception, lies, greed and power that drive men. Maybe it always has been, except for a precious few.
